Adventure Vertical is an innovative outdoor activity provider. Based in the Cumbria, we offer a range of adventurous outdoor activities for team building, recreation, outdoor education, development and training to schools, colleges, youth groups, voluntary organisations, individuals, families, adult and corporate groups. These activities include rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, caving, mountaineering, team building and problem solving.

Welcome to AV, Adventure Vertical, sister to GoCave.com, it’s taken us a little while but we’re now up and running. We’ve been delivering days out and multi activity programmes for many years, and we never felt the need to advertise or develop a web site for them. But since interest grew it’s time to shout about what we love best, The Great British Outdoors
